    MPNU will acquire the personal information of students, parents, guardians, etc. clearly indicating the purpose for use to carry out necessary work for education, research, student support, etc. Information is used internally and not for any unspecified purpose.

    MPNU strictly/tightly manages personal information and takes appropriate security measures against loss, falsification, leaks, and unauthorized intrusions. We also continue to provide education and training for those handling personal information and continuously review and improve efforts to protect this information.

    MPNU will not provide personal information to any third party without the consent of the person in questions, except as provided by law. Additionally, if it becomes necessary to outsource the handling of personal information to a third party, we will take the necessary measures, such as entering into legal contracts, to protect personal information appropriately when selecting outsourcing.
  4. Disclosure and Modification of Personal Information
    MPNU will respond to requests regarding personal information, such as disclosure, modification, and suspension of use, according to laws and regulations.
